Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously

• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence

• Coordinate with hotel departments to meet guest needs

• Maintain guest records and preferences for personalized service

• Promote hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

• Follow hotel policies and maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Well-presented, friendly, and customer-focused

• Ability to work in a fast-paced 5-star hotel environment
