Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and presentable Hostess to welcome guests and ensure an excellent dining experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements

• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow

• Assist guests with inquiries and special requests

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer service is preferred

• Good communication skills in English

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
