Lead Generation & Cold Email Specialist
Job Description:
Were a growing recruitment agency looking for someone who truly knows how to generate B2B leads and turn outreach into real opportunities.
We need a person with proven experience in lead generation — not theory, not I watched a YouTube video. You should already know how to find decision-makers, collect verified contact details, and run bulk email campaigns that actually get replies.
Your job will be simple and results-focused:
Find companies (USA and worldwide) that may need recruitment services, collect accurate emails and phone numbers of decision-makers, and run bulk outreach campaigns to bring in new clients.
This is a fixed-price role for a specific number of leads. Clear targets. Clear payment.
What youll do:

Research companies in the USA and globally

Find HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, CEOs, etc.

Collect verified business emails and phone numbers

Build clean, organized lead lists

Send bulk cold email campaigns

Track responses and optimize messaging
What we expect:

Proven track record in B2B lead generation

Experience finding verified emails (Apollo, Hunter, Snov, Lusha, or similar tools)

Experience sending bulk cold emails

Understanding of email deliverability basics

Ability to work independently and hit targets
This is not a beginner position. We are looking for someone who has already done this successfully.
Compensation:
Fixed price for an agreed number of verified leads.
Potential long-term collaboration if results are strong.
