Job Title: Nail Technician / Manicurist / Nail Artist 

Job Summary:
We're seeking a passionate and skilled Nail Technician to provide top-notch nail care services, create beautiful nail art, and ensure a relaxing, hygienic client experience, building loyalty and boosting salon reputation. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform manicures, pedicures, nail extensions (gel, acrylic), and nail art.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and nail health.
• Apply polish, gel, and intricate designs with precision.
• Sterilize all tools and equipment meticulously between clients.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and inviting workstation.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend products/services.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Upsell salon services and retail products.
• Handle client appointments, manage records, and process payments (optional). 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state Nail Technician/Manicurist license.
• Proven experience as a Nail Tech or Manicurist.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and sanitation.
• Attention to detail and creative flair for nail art.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
