We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join a luxury spa in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies.

• Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments based on individual requirements.

• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the treatment rooms and spa facilities.

• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.

• Educate clients on available spa services, products, and post-treatment care.

• Uphold spa protocols and industry best practices to deliver consistent and professional services.

• Assist in promoting spa services and products to maximize revenue.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in spa treatments and wellness therapies.

• Adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or a related role in a luxury spa or wellness center.

• Certified in massage therapy, body treatments.

• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare therapies.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
