Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef specializing in Asian cuisine to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing Asian cuisine menus

  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations

  • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards

  • Ensure proper food preparation, portion control, and cost management

  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in Asian cuisine

  • Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Good leadership and team coordination skills
