Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area

• Collaborate with team members and other hotel departments

• Handle guest requests and complaints with courtesy and professionalism

• Follow hotel policies and health & safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant is preferred

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
